What This HIV Blood Test Includes

Blood Test

This checks for antibodies produced by the immune system in response to HIV-1 infection.

This checks for antibodies associated with HIV-2 infection.

The p24 antigen is a viral protein that may become detectable before antibodies are fully produced, helping reduce the HIV testing window period.

Why Choose This Private HIV Test?

4th Generation HIV Screening

This private HIV test checks for HIV-1 antibodies, HIV-2 antibodies and HIV-1 p24 antigen in one laboratory blood test.

Earlier Detection Markers

By testing for both antibodies and p24 antigen, this HIV blood test may help identify markers linked to HIV infection earlier than antibody-only tests.
