This is a chlamydia test done by a vaginal swab to check for infection.
Why do this test?
This vagina swab test may be done if a woman has vaginal discharge or wants to screen for chlamydia. It can also be used to check if an infection has cleared after treatment.
Results:
Results take 2 working days * and will be e-mailed to you with a doctor's explanation. Treatment is offered when needed.

If there is no discharge, it may be better to test for chlamydia with a urine test.
All laboratories need information regarding the client to identify their individual sample.
Without these details, tests cannot be processed.
The minimum requirement is the full name and date of birth.

The medication is then delivered to you from our pharmacy partner e-Medicina. Typical costs for one antibiotic is approximately £10.
