How to order and do your STI test
We have designed this website to take all the hassle out of STI testing. Nobody will be asking you why, how and when? And you don't need to see a doctor. However, your results will be checked by a doctor before being sent to you.
Simply order the test you want online and make sure to give the details of the person being tested on the checkout page.
You will be sent a confirmation email with a map with directions and a test request form.
You will then need to attend Patient Reception to do the test. The address is:

But please make sure to order your STI test online first before attending Patient Reception. This gives us all your details so we know that you will be coming. Your date of birth is essential for identifying your sample so please make sure that we have it.
Payment should be made online as there are no facilities to pay for your test at Patient Reception.
No appointment is needed. You can walk-in to do the test after ordering it. Patient reception is open:
- 7am - 7pm Monday-Friday
- 9am - 5pm Saturdays
Aternatively, some of our tests can be done at home and sent to the laboratory using a postage-paid envelope. In that case, you will be sent a testing pack with all the instructions on what to do.
Results will then be sent to you by email, so be sure to enter your correct email address during the order process.
