All fees paid for tests will be refunded in full at the request of the client at any time BEFORE the time the test sample has been taken or processed. Please make your request to quoting your test number (starting #STL).

No refund is possible if:

  • The test sample has already been taken at Patient Reception, or
  • The test sample has started to be processed at the laboratory (for postal tests).

Your test fee will be refunded back to the the payment card with which you paid within 5 working days.
